Warantless Searches OK For Clinton, But Not Bush?

Check out this old link to Drudge. Bill Clinton was OK with warantless searches in 1994 & 1995. Jimmy Carter was OK with them in 1979. Where was the outrage from the Left back then?
Or is it because anything George Bush does is bad? Just asking.
