CIA Agent Fired For Leaks Was Kerry Supporter

In a crackdown on security leaks at the CIA that have embarrassed the Bush administration, a long time CIA agent has been fired. One would hopt that some jail time will be the final result. Interestingly, the woman, Mary O. McCarthy was a supporter of John Kerry in his failed bid for the White House:

Public records show that Ms. McCarthy contributed $2,000 in 2004 to the presidential campaign of John Kerry, the Democratic nominee.

Nothing like letting one's political feelings get in the way of National Security, and doing one's job.
