Left Wing Judge vs US Security

Another left wing judge (appointed by Jimmy Carter) is trying to thwart our government's efforts to keep us safe from terrorists. U.S. District Judge Joyce Hens Green has decided that some of the bad guys being held at Guantanamo need hearings, and are protected by the constitution that they are trying to destroy. Many countries around the world do not allow their own rights to be bestowed on foreigners. Turkey comes to mind, with the way they have imprisoned many American citizens over the years, mostly for drug related incidents. Singapore is another. These guys (at Guantanamo) were trying to kill Americans. They are not members of any organized military affiliated with any country that has signed the Geneva accords. Fortunately, there have already been other decisions by more clear thinking judges that go against Judge Green's ruling. Hopefully common sense will prevail. See the article here:
